Can't even start to explain how bad their customer support is. I ordered a Onewheel for £1200, and it broke just three days after Christmas. I reached out via online chat and email, only to be told to contact Onewheel for repairs. Since I got the Onewheel from Ride and Glide, I thought they would take care of the repair, refund, or replacement. Now, I'm stuck dealing with Onewheel in America, which is super tough and frustrating, especially with a kid who's really upset. The level of service is just not good. They take your cash and then act like they don’t care. With other companies, you can return a faulty item, but not with these folks. They take your money and then ghost you. I would never use them again.

I recently got my hands on a Vsett 9+ from Ride N Glide, and let me tell ya, the package showed up in just 2 days, all in one piece. I've bought an e-scooter from another seller before, and it was a bit of a hassle checking every single bolt and nut, which was not a fun time. But wow, this time was a whole different ball game! Everything was super tight, the scooter was already set up for UK measurements, and I didn't even have to fiddle with the brakes. It's just perfect, and I'm absolutely loving it!

It's been over two weeks since I placed my order for a Onewheel, and there's still no sign of it. I've had to keep reaching out to the company to get any updates. Given the cost of the product, I really expected better communication about delivery times and at least a follow-up email, but it’s been pretty one-sided. The last email I shot off yesterday hasn’t been answered at all. It’s a bummer because it makes me hesitant to shop with them again.

I really enjoy checking out all the video reviews; they’re super useful for figuring out which scooter to purchase. The team online does an awesome job reaching out with helpful tips. Overall, a solid company!

Even though DHL was a bit of a hassle, the helpful crew made sure the delivery went through, and I got my product.
